应用的使用方法，以及如何与它对话。

地球仪就是搜索框。输入酒庄、产区或法定产区——Barolo、Walla Walla、Pauillac——结果来自内置于应用中的目录。没有网络请求，也没有账号，所以在飞机上、在酒窖里、在任何没有信号的地方都能用。
分级搜索给出的是完整、权威的名单，而不是目录中恰好有的那些：输入 second growth 或 Grand Cru Classé，便会按分级顺序列出全部。
每个页面左下角都有一个小小的玻璃按钮，带着当前页面的标志。按下它，程序坞就从中升起：搜索、附近、我的酒庄、我的酒窖和设置。选择其一，新页面到达时程序坞仍然展开，你选的图块点亮；你在页面上的第一次触摸会把它收回角落。程序坞是 Liquid Glass 材质，在指尖下会发光。
长按图块可打开菜单。搜索提供地球仪或地图，我的酒庄提供收藏和已访问，我的酒窖提供藏酒、发布、护照、洞察和添加一瓶酒，设置列出其各页；每一项都直接打开你要的位置。程序坞只显示图标；设置 → 外观 → 程序坞可在图标下恢复名称。
“附近”查找你周围的酒庄。地图上的圆圈是搜索范围——从 1.6 公里到 160 公里，一天的车程——用滑块或捏合可以改变。相邻的酒庄会合并成一个带数字的气泡；点按气泡可放大，直到它们分开。下方的列表始终从最近的开始。地图以空间方式显示同样的内容，并标出你已访问的酒庄。
两个列表——收藏和已访问。可在任意酒庄页面添加，也可以让 Siri 代劳。若目录中没有某家酒庄，你可以自行添加——酒标上出现 wineryIQ 未收录的酒庄时，也可以直接从这瓶酒添加——它就归你所有。
轻点“我的酒窖”顶部酒架名称旁的“…”胶囊，选择“添加一瓶酒”，把酒瓶举到镜头前。在支持 Apple Intelligence 的 iPhone 上，酒标稳定后相机会自动拍摄并读取——酒庄、酒名、年份、品种和产区，能辨认多少读多少——然后给出所属的酒庄。背标也拍下来，会一并保存。完全没有酒标的酒瓶也可以添加，由你输入已知的信息。正面只有一枚标记而非酒标的酒瓶——深色瓶身上的硬币或纹章——会按酒标的形状围绕标记和酒瓶裁切，而不是一条吧台加瓶身的横带，背标也会留在瓶身上，不会跑出画面。“开始品鉴”在同一个“…”菜单里：在“结束品鉴”之前拍下的每瓶酒都会放到该品鉴的酒架上，记为尝过而非拥有，倒酒时即可在 Apple Watch 上评分。两瓶之间，相机会说明这是第几瓶，并显示刚保存的那瓶，“结束品鉴”就在旁边；空白画面会先提示“重拍”，品鉴中途举起酒单，相机会先读完酒单再回来拍下一瓶。
“…”菜单的最后一行搜索会在标签下方打开一个输入框。输入几个字母，只有生产者、酒名、品种、年份、产地或笔记以它们开头的酒会留在酒架上；右侧的数字说明有多少瓶。输入时，酒窖里以当前这个词开头的名称会出现在输入框下方——点一下即可补全该词，之前输入的内容保持不变。
手边没有酒瓶？选择照片可选一张或两张——先正标，再背标；当 wineryIQ 需要背标时，你可以拍摄，也可以从照片中选择。如果酒标上的酒庄 wineryIQ 尚未收录，一点即可添加，信息取自酒标，这瓶酒也会归到它名下。
用最多五杯为喝过的酒评分，添加品鉴笔记。顶部的藏酒是你的酒，发布可把一瓶酒分享到 Mastodon 并显示你的时间线，护照是你这一年的酒，洞察保存各项口味匹配结果。长按程序坞上的我的酒窖，可直接打开四者中的任意一项，或添加一瓶酒。
酒的页面以这款酒命名——年份，然后是酒名或品种，再是酒标上印着的分级，比如 2020 Rioja Reserva——酒款信息排在最前：生产者、酒款、葡萄品种和产区都可以就地修正，每个品种以自己的颜色显示，混酿用逗号列出，输入品种时会随手给出提示。下方的酒庄卡片带着酒桶标志。
已有的酒。拍下酒窖里已有的一瓶酒时，wineryIQ 会询问是再计一瓶、用今天的照片和酒标上新读到的信息更新那瓶酒（你的评分和笔记保留），还是添加为第二瓶。每款酒都会显示你有几瓶，在酒的页面上通过酒瓶一行修改；我的酒窖、护照和 Siri 回答中的所有总数计的都是瓶数，而不是记录数。设置 → 我的酒窖只有一个开关，“显示重复的酒瓶”：关闭后，每款酒在藏酒中只显示一次，即最新的那瓶，不会删除任何东西。
酒的页面上的在哪里喝过回答“我以前在哪里喝过这款酒？”——你从中选过它的每一份已命名酒单，连同日期和你当时的评价。
酒架可以手动填充、按规则填充，或两者兼用——建一条规则，比如所有来自瓦拉瓦拉的酒或四杯及以上，之后再逐瓶增减也不会破坏规则。第一瓶来自某个产区、某个葡萄品种或某个国家的酒，会自动建好相应的酒架——里奥哈、丹魄、西班牙——归入酒架菜单的产区、葡萄品种和国家分组；只用 wineryIQ 能确认的名称，而且从不批量创建。删除酒架不会删除酒窖里的任何东西，酒只是不再摆在那里。“…”菜单里的新建酒架会询问名称并给出一行图标；你选中的图标名称会以你的语言显示在图标行下方，所以心形、购物车或王冠从来不必猜。
四个简单的问题——你怎么喝咖啡、热天喝什么、爆米花还是青苹果、平时爱选什么——把你放到与每款酒相同的四个刻度上：酒体、酸度、醇厚度和甜度。这只是一个起点的猜测；你真正评过分的两三瓶酒，很快就会比它更有分量。可在设置 → 个人资料中作答或重做。
打开一瓶尚未评分的酒，口味匹配卡片会告诉你你大概会给它五杯中的几杯，有多大把握，以及原因。喝过之后，用赞、还行或踩来回答——或者直接给这瓶酒评分——口味匹配会从中学习。“洞察”列出仍在等待你回答的酒；已回答的会移到存档，你可以在那里改变主意，口味匹配引擎则记录得分。
它只依据你自己的评分，别无其他：没有评论，没有酒评家打分，没有他人的口味，也没有任何东西离开你的手机。依据不足时它会直说——50% 的把握等于抛硬币，卡片会告诉你这基本是猜测。应用帮助中的口味匹配的原理对此有完整说明。
“我的酒窖”顶部“…”菜单里的口味匹配能读两样东西：整份酒单，或你手中的一瓶酒。把它对准商店里或朋友餐桌上的一瓶酒，它会读取酒标——品种只印在背标上时会要求拍背标——然后告诉你大概会觉得如何，以及它是否已在你的酒窖里（已评分或尚未评分），或是你以前从酒单上喝过的酒。保存到酒窖会留下它，卡片在洞察中等待；放弃则让它过去。
在口味匹配下选择酒单，把相机对准一份酒单——餐厅的、酒吧的、航空公司的——或从洞察中拍摄。每款酒都会在它印着的位置被标记：赞或踩表示你大概会不会喜欢，百分比表示 wineryIQ 有多大把握。
★ 最适合你的选择是它最有把握你会喜欢的酒——总是赞里百分比最高的那款。✨ 可能会带来惊喜是最符合你口味、但你还没喝过多少类似的酒：把握较小，却可能更好，只有当这样的酒比较突出时才会出现。点一下你选的那款，“洞察”稍后会问你觉得如何；“洞察”会为 ✨ 推荐单独计分。
每款酒上的高亮是它在杯中的颜色：长相思这类清淡的白葡萄酒为浅色，霞多丽这类较厚重的为金黄色，红葡萄酒则由浅到深。wineryIQ 知道一百多个品种的颜色，也知道以地名命名的酒——巴罗洛、基安蒂、夏布利。可以双指捏合放大小字，或轻点两下。
为这份酒单命名用来说明你在哪里——餐厅、酒吧或航空公司——因为酒单本身往往不会写。输入时会提示你以前用过的名称和航空公司。名称会与你从这份酒单中选择的每款酒一起保存，所以“洞察”能显示你在哪里喝的。分享按钮会生成一张带标记的酒单图片，顶部是名称和日期。
如果你已允许定位权限，wineryIQ 也会记住你当时在哪里：酒的页面会显示拍摄所在的城镇，酒单的名称栏会提示你所在的餐厅、酒吧或酒庄。它从不在那一刻打扰你，信息留在你的 iPhone 上，设置 → 洞察 → 记住地点可以关闭。
你以前喝过的酒——从别的酒单上选过，或酒窖里有一瓶——标记上会带一个小时钟。点一下可查看在哪里喝的，以及你当时的评价。
护照是“我的酒窖”顶部发布与洞察之间的标签：你这一年的酒，做成护照的一页。你喝过酒的每个地方——酒庄、餐厅、拍下某瓶酒的城镇——都是世界地图上的一颗金色果粒，并从你最常喝酒的地方向其他各处画出弧线。地图下方是你的酒所来自的国家的国旗，最常见的排前面，然后是页面本身：你的酒、酒单、酒庄、产区和品种，末尾是真护照结尾处那条大写字母带。全部显示一切；每一年都有自己的一页，护照打开时显示今年。
分享你的酒。护照顶部的分享按钮会把地图、国旗和页面做成一张图片，可以发给朋友、发布或保存。除非你发送，否则没有任何东西离开你的 iPhone。随着你拍下酒瓶、从酒单中选酒、把酒庄标记为已访问，护照会逐渐填满；标记为已访问的酒庄计入“全部”，因为到访没有日期。
在藏酒中长按一瓶酒，或打开它的页面，选择分享酒瓶，即可通过 AirDrop、信息或邮件把它发给装有 wineryIQ 的朋友，无需账户，也没有服务器。对方的 iPhone 会询问“接受来自 … 的酒瓶？”，接受后这瓶酒会连同照片、详情和你的笔记（并注明由谁、何时分享）放入对方的已导入酒架。你的评分不会包含在内。你发出的酒瓶会进入你的已导出酒架，页面上会记录发出的时间。
没有 wineryIQ 的人可以保留这个文件，安装 App 后再从“文件”中打开。同一瓶酒发送两次，只会收到一次。
手表应用随 iPhone 版 wineryIQ 一起提供，需要 watchOS 27。在手表上打开并滑动切换卡片：附近酒庄（最近的酒庄和路线，转动表冠看下一个）、你的护照、等待拇指回答的口味匹配，以及显示当前版本的关于。手腕上的一切都是 iPhone 信息的副本，不会发送到其他任何地方。
品鉴。 在“我的酒窖”顶部酒架名称旁的“…”菜单中选择开始品鉴。每倒一款酒就拍一张，相机会立刻回来等下一瓶，并显示这是第几瓶和刚保存的那一瓶；全部拍完后在相机上点结束品鉴。手表上会先显示品鉴卡片：按倒酒顺序每瓶一张，点 1 到 5 杯打分，愿意再买就点购物车，转动表冠看下一瓶。最后一张卡片按你的杯数排名，最高在前。
品鉴时拍下的酒瓶会标记为仅品尝、未收藏：它放在该次品鉴的酒架和“品鉴”酒架上，并与其他内容一样导出和恢复。手表使用你在 iPhone 上选择的语言，并随更改而变化。
你的酒窖、照片、笔记、酒架、口味匹配结果以及你给酒单起的名字都保存在你的 iPhone 上。导出会把全部内容存成一个归档，任何电子表格软件都能打开；从备份恢复会把归档放回去，只补上缺少的内容，绝不替换任何东西；重置会在向你展示将要清除的内容之后抹掉一切。
在设置 → 外观中：五种应用图标、酒窖灯光、酒架的材质——铜、钛、红杉木、桃花心木、白橡木或胡桃木——以及程序坞图标是否带名称。材质同样用于你的酒窖门、设置中的开瓶器和那里的“我的酒窖”一行。设置 → 我的酒窖决定是否显示重复的酒瓶。
wineryIQ 支持英语、法语、日语、简体中文和西班牙语。
wineryIQ 需要运行 iOS 27.1 或更高版本的 iPhone。Apple Watch 应用需要 watchOS 27 或更高版本，并随 iPhone 应用一同安装，无需单独安装。用相机读取酒标以及 Siri 的“直接问”理解依赖 Apple Intelligence，因此需要支持它的 iPhone；其他功能在任何可安装本应用的 iPhone 上都可使用。
Things you can ask Siri to do, without touching your phone. These work the moment the app is installed — there is no shortcut to build and nothing to configure. Open wineryIQ once first, so your phone has seen it run.
With Apple Intelligence on iOS 27, Siri understands what you mean instead of matching a phrase. Begin with “Ask wineryIQ…” or “Search wineryIQ for…” and say the rest your own way, all in one breath — Siri asks no follow-up question there, so name the winery or the wine as you ask. wineryIQ opens and shows the answer: a winery’s page, or a card answering a question about your cellar or whether you will like a wine.
Say it the way it is written. Siri matches these phrases closely, so a wording it has not been taught comes back as “I don’t understand” even though the feature works.

Answers in one breath: how many bottles you have and what they mostly are, your best bottles, the last ones you added, or the ones still waiting for a rating.

For anything else about your bottles — a grape, a place, a producer, your best. Siri asks what you want to know, and you can put it your own way. Ask for a grape, a place or a producer and My Cellar opens on exactly those bottles while Siri says how many; the count, your best, the newest and the unrated are answered in a sentence.

Say the phrase exactly as printed. The usual cause is a small rewording. If it still will not, open the app once and try again — iOS can take a minute to notice a newly installed app’s phrases.
It will say so, and name what it heard: “I couldn’t find a winery called …” That is deliberate. An earlier version guessed when unsure and quietly saved the wrong winery while reporting success — being told nothing was found is far better.
Names are matched by sound as well as spelling, so ordinary mis-hearings still land: “Brady Sellers” finds Brady Cellars. If what you said fits several wineries equally well it asks again rather than guessing.
